Tentnet is:
A Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Clothing & Textiles Research and Development Program that is a collaboration of DLA, industry, government and academia to significantly improve surge capabilities for military tent requirements by reducing lead-time, and improving availability with equal or better quality and equal or reduced costs.

TentNet Purpose:

To improve surge capabilities for military tentage requirements by;
  • Improving availability and surge capability,
  • Reducing lead-time,
  • Increasing reliability and durability,
  • Providing same or better quality and cost

Our goal is to design a business model for shelter systems that is capable not only to supply the greatest military force, but to be self sustaining during crisis as well as dormant cycles.
