This field kitchen shelter serves for preparation, cooking and serving meals in remote warm weather tacticle environments. The Flyproof design helps reduce the risk of contamination of field prep. foods from flyborn disease. The rear stack roof design helps vent exhaust outside the cooking area while maintaining a tacticle black-out requirement. The base cloth is traditional od cotton duck that is fire, water and mildew resistant. The tents dimensions are 12 feet wide, 18 feet long, 9 feet high low ridge height and 12' high ridge height and 6 foot low eave and 9 foot high eave. The weight of the complete tent w/transport cover is 420 lbs. including pins and poles. The shipping cube is 26.2 cu. ft.. Erection time with 5 soldiers is just 60 minutes and strike time 40 minutes.
